Career and bundle purchase details
Career Check is research and navigation for one person and one currently supported career goal. Current early-beta scope is Texas electrician, HVAC technician, and commercial truck driver (CDL). Plus adds planning support; both tiers use the same licensing findings.
Supported career scope
HVAC covers technician employment under a licensed air conditioning and refrigeration contractor, not contractor ownership. CDL covers adult Class A/B truck-driving pathways for people whose legal home state is Texas; hazmat, passenger/school-bus, TWIC, cross-border hauling and under-21 interstate exceptions are outside scope. Existing Trip + Career bundles remain limited to the Texas electrician goal promised at purchase. Supported standalone career coverage does not change an existing bundle’s purchased scope or establish individual eligibility.
What you receive
A paid Career Check delivers source-backed credential and record-related research, open questions, essential actions and a basic roadmap based on your saved answers. Plus also includes training and workforce resources where researched, published support information, contact routes and a prioritized plan. Availability, cost, funding, admission and employer decisions require direct confirmation.
Reopening reports and starting another assessment
You can reopen the report from a valid paid purchase without paying again. Its submitted answers and findings stay fixed. You can update your Action Center progress without replacing those answers. A different assessment or career goal requires a separate purchase.
Returning-customer pricing
When returning-customer pricing is available, this verified account receives a reduced price on a new standalone Career Check if it has an earlier paid Career Check that has not been refunded. New standalone Trip Checks also offer returning-customer pricing for earlier paid Trip Check purchases. The checkout shows the applicable price before you pay. An unfinished or refunded purchase does not qualify. Bundles have their own reduced prices; returning-customer discounts do not stack with bundle pricing or other checkout discounts.
Trip + Career bundles
A bundle includes one Complete Trip Plan and one Career Check at the purchased tier, for the same verified account and person. Supported coverage applies independently to both products. Use the Career benefit once after completing its intake. The saved answers are fixed for that purchase. It is not a subscription or unlimited-use plan.

Corrections and refunds
Contact recordawareguide@proton.me for a purchase problem or correction request. RecordAware's Refund/Correction Policy applies; any applicable consumer rights remain in effect. A refunded Career purchase loses result access. A refunded bundle loses access to both portions. Refund processing does not create another use or replacement career goal.
